Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager with strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational ability, and hands-on experience overseeing warehouse operations, material management, and cross-department coordination.

• Identify and allocate supplies and hardware for both warehouse and field operations.
• Maintain inventory of commonly used stock materials and hardware.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Restock shop materials and supplies on a routine basis.
• Review Work Order instructions for clarity and prepare printed copies for staff.
• Interpret project takeoff sheets to support production needs, including:
• Kitting and bundling required hardware as specified.
• Identifying non-stock or special-order items for procurement.
• Verify incoming materials against Purchase Orders.
• Notify Project Managers of the arrival of time‑sensitive materials.
• Coordinate the movement of materials between buildings and work areas.
• Communicate effectively with Purchasing, Drafting, and Engineering teams to support project timelines and material needs.

• High school diploma a must
• 2-3 years of Warehouse Supervisory experience required
• Proficient Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Able to lift 50lbs or more
