Assists the Warehouse Operations Manager and works closely with other warehouse supervisors in the operations and maintenance of the warehouse, including receiving products and loading products for outbound deliveries.

• Ensures trucks are loaded accurately for next deliveries
• Completes any shipping and handling documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments
• Loads orders in an accurate and timely manner
• Schedules pickups for cooperage, pallets, and kegs
• Reports any discrepancies in orders
• Ensures returned items are restocked and accurately documented in the inventory system
• Assists in the day-to-day operations and supervision of the warehouse
• Assists in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including enforcing safety rules and policies
• Provide supervision and leadership to the warehouse staff including training, performance evaluations, time and attendance, and disciplinary actions in coordination with the HR department, as necessary
• Works closely with all warehouse staff
• Oversees drivers and driver helpers
• Performs other related duties as assigned

• Must be able to lift 50 to 150 lbs
• CDL Preferred
