Role: Operations Associate
Location: New York City | Part-time | On-site (25–30 hrs/week)
Compensation: $17 – $19 per hour

This role is an opportunity to join an on‑site operations team responsible for driving smooth day‑to‑day logistics, inventory accuracy, and hardware workflow support.
As an Operations Associate, you’ll handle incoming shipments, maintain inventory organization, oversee product quality checks, and support hardware assembly and refurbishment processes. This position includes hands‑on work, fast‑paced execution, and direct support for the local team.

• Shipment Processing – Receive and log incoming hardware shipments using internal tools.
• Quality Assurance – Perform product condition checks and document findings.
• Inventory Organization – Prepare items for storage, testing, repurposing, or disposal.
• Product Assembly & Fulfillment – Assemble, pack, and ship refurbished units as needed.
• Inventory Tracking – Monitor office and hardware inventory to maintain efficient resource usage.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Clear communication skills and a problem‑solving mindset.
• Detail‑oriented approach and willingness to learn operational processes.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, fully on‑site environment.

Hourly Rate: $17 – $19
