The Warehouse Only Technician will process orders, prepare items for shipment, and receive incoming inventory. Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting returned equipment and maintaining a clean warehouse environment. The technician assists the supervisor in loading equipment for delivery and assembling items when necessary. Maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance is essential.

• Loading and Unloading:
  Safely load and unload materials from trucks, containers, and pallets.
• Receiving:
  Open merchandise shipments, process packing slips or invoices, and store items.
• Material Handling:
  Transport materials to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
• Inventory Management:
  Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and report discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Order Fulfillment:
  Prepare shipping containers, assemble outgoing merchandise, and pick and pack orders accurately.
• Safety and Maintenance:
  Follow safety protocols, conduct routine inspections of equipment, and maintain a clean facility.
• Documentation:
  Complete necessary documentation for material handling and inventory control.
• Compliance:
  Maintain patient confidentiality and complete required training.
• Other Duties:
  Perform related duties as assigned.

• Equipment repair or maintenance skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation.
• Problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to clean, test, and repair home medical equipment.
• Ability to identify safety hazards and take necessary precautions.
• Accurately receive, stock, retrieve, and load equipment and supplies.
• Work cooperatively with others in the course of work.

• High School Diploma or equivalency.
• Construction, general manual labor, military, and equipment repair or maintenance skills considered related experience.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling role is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus.

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Must regularly lift up to 85 pounds, frequently lift up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 160 pounds.
• Must stretch, bend, stoop, crouch, and perform moderate to heavy physical labor while moving equipment and supplies.
• Subject to long periods of walking or sitting.
• Work environment may be stressful at times; overall work activities fluctuate.
• May be exposed to hazardous materials, loud noise, extreme heat/cold.
• Effective communication both verbally and written with empathy, compassion, courtesy, and respect for privacy.
