B&B Floor Coverings is a busy, well-established local flooring company seeking a reliable, dependable Warehouse & Property Maintenance team member to join our fast-paced operation.

This position combines warehouse responsibilities, delivery support, and property/building maintenance. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, comfortable in a physically demanding environment, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities throughout the workday.

• Full-time or part-time opportunities available
• Approximately 30 plus hours per week
  , depending on position and availability
• Salary - range listed may not apply - based on experience and hours worked
• Work under the general supervision of the Facilities Manager

• Receive, unload, organize, and maintain warehouse inventory
• Operate forklifts and gate lifts
• Load delivery trucks and transport flooring materials to job sites
• Receive and unload supplier deliveries
• Prepare and stage materials for installers’ daily work
• Maintain an organized and safe warehouse
• Perform property maintenance, including mowing, weed trimming, and snowplowing
• Perform general building maintenance, painting, light carpentry, and related tasks
• Operate and maintain property maintenance equipment
• Communicate effectively with installers, coworkers, suppliers, and others
• Work independently while taking responsibility for completing assigned tasks

• Ability to repeatedly lift 70–100 lbs.
• Forklift operation experience required
• Valid driver’s license;
  CDL is not required
• Dependable, responsible, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be drug-free
• Experience operating property maintenance equipment is a plus
• Previous warehouse, delivery, facilities, construction, or property maintenance experience is preferred
