A company in the pharmaceuticals industry supporting regulated distribution and logistics. They are seeking a Shipping Clerk to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Shipping Clerk:

• Pick and pack customer orders using MEDWMS scanners with accuracy and efficiency
• Prepare shipments, ensuring proper packaging and documentation for hazardous materials
• Monitor validated shipments and coordinate shipping activities with team leads
• Maintain clean, organized shipping stations and ensure supply levels are stocked
• Adhere to cGMPs and safety protocols, including use of PPE
• Collaborate with other departments to support efficient warehouse operations

Your skills and experience:

• High school diploma and at least one year of warehouse experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and follow safety procedures
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience with shipping software or regulated environments is a plus
