We are in the market for an experienced and organized warehouse lead. You will work with a team of talented warehouse operators and clerks. As a lead you will be responsible for scheduling staff, leading training sessions, and reporting issues regarding safety, staffing, and operations to upper management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the staff in daily operations
• Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
• Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
• Supervise the receiving and outbound processes to ensure accurate and timely shipments and deliveries.
• Lead and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety compliance to create a secure working environment.
• Collaborate effectively with the Supervisor to allocate manpower efficiently.
• Monitor and provide guidance to Forklift Operators to optimize their performance.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and plan accordingly.
• Forklift Certification is required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
