Asa Material Handler ,you’reamember ofan assigned production crew, reporting tothe Plant Warehouse Supervisor.

You will contribute to the success of Ball byobservingoperating principles of all assigned equipment and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for your area of responsibility.

• Follow all 5S standards and job safety practices and policies including but not limited to food safety; personal protective equipment; emergency procedures, etc.
• Operate forklift and coordinate products including raw materials, scrap, finished goods, packaging materials, chemicals, and other supplies.
• Effectively communicate with vendors, delivery drivers, and customers.
• Inspect aluminium for proper quality standards and customer specifications.
• Build positive relationships across designated team by effectively collaborating,
• communicating, and upholding ethical integrity.

• High School Diploma or education equivalent.
• 1 year of work experience in an industrial environment.

• 3 or more years of operation and maintenance of forklift.
• Working knowledge of proper hazardous waste management.
• Experience using JD Edwards, AS900, or similar warehouse or ERP system.

• May be subjecttoallofthe following, but not limited to:
• Hot/Cold working conditions.
• Standing and walking for prolonged periodsof time.
• Climbing (stairs,catwalks, and other equipment as necessary).

• Expected Hourly Pay Rate: $27.37
• This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan.

  This requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site. Travel and local commute between Ball locations and other possible non-Ball locations may be required.
