Warehouse Associate

Pay: $17.50 - $18.00/hour

This warehouse role supports production, fulfillment, inventory movement, and material handling in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will help operate key equipment, move materials, maintain product flow, and keep work areas clean, organized, and accurate.

• Operate and maintain production or material handling equipment.
• Audit and verify completed work for accuracy and efficiency.
• Lift, carry, move, and stage raw materials, ingredients, or finished products.
• Replenish machines and workstations to maintain product flow.
• Fill products using equipment and tools such as scoops and scales.
• Build, stage, load, and unload pallets or deliveries.
• Pick and move products accurately using FIFO standards.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Follow GMPs and standard operating procedures.
• Perform basic equipment setup, cleaning, and assembly.
• Troubleshoot and report issues that may affect productivity.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.

• Ability to work full-time day or night shifts based on business needs.
• Comfort working in a facility that handles allergens including peanuts, tree nuts, milk, wheat, eggs, sesame, soy, shellfish, and fish.
• Strong attention to detail, urgency, and accountability.
• Reliable attendance and proactive communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout a full shift.
• Ability to stand or walk for about 8 hours, with pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally with peers and managers.
• High school diploma, equivalent, or 2+ years of warehouse or food production experience.

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Push, pull, squat, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Work safely at heights up to 40 feet.
