Arnoff Moving & Storage, a prominent 102-year-old logistics company in the Northeast, is hiring a Warehouse Assistant for our Malta location. We are busy year-round and have growing pains. We need to add another family member to the team. Is that you?

Arnoff Moving and Storage is growing, and we're looking for a dependable, safety-minded Warehouse Associate to join our fulfillment team. If you take pride in getting orders out right and on time, and you like seeing a well-organized warehouse at the end of the day, we'd like to meet you.

• Pick, pack, and ship fulfillment orders accurately and on time for our customers
• Receive and put away incoming inventory, and load outbound shipments
• Keep stock organized and inventory accurate by following our standard procedures
• Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks (we'll train you)
• Use handheld scanners and the WMS to track every order and pallet
• Help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized

This role includes the opportunity to join our emergency fulfillment rotation, which covers Saturday 5:00 pm through Monday 7:00 am. Rotations are one week at a time, currently one week out of every four, and you're paid extra during your on-call week. Emergency orders need to be filled within one hour of the call, and the weekly average is about 5 call-out order fulfillments, so you'll need to live within a reasonable drive.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• A good safety record and strong organizational habits
• Basic math skills and comfort with email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Forklift or powered equipment experience
• Previous experience with warehouse management software
