Overview

Pertemps Lincoln are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our client's busy logistics operation in Newark. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company in a key role within their transport team. Full training will be provided, so if you're organised, confident on the phone, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

• Plan and organise daily transport operations.
• Support drivers with paperwork, keys, and shift information.
• Record driver hours and vehicle information accurately.
• Update systems and reports to keep transport records up to date.
• Answer driver and customer queries in a professional manner.
• Work with other departments to make sure deliveries run smoothly.
• Report any vehicle issues or delays to the right teams.
• Always follow health and safety and company procedures.

• Previous experience in transport, logistics, or administration is helpful, but not essential — full training will be given.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Organised and able to work under pressure.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Attention to detail and accuracy when completing paperwork.

Monday to Friday - 07:00
-16:00 (£12.67 per hour)
