Location: Newark on Trent
Linsco is seeking an experienced Finishing Site Manager to oversee finishing works on a new build project in Newark. The role focuses on coordinating finishing trades, driving the programme, and ensuring high-quality completion for handover and practical completion.
The position is a short-term contract (5 weeks) with a day rate of £280–£320, paid under PAYE and IR35 compliance. Excellent communication, detail orientation, and on-site leadership are essential.
