We are currently seeking an experienced Gateman to join a busy residential housing development in the Newark area.
Start Date:
As soon as possible
Duration:
Ongoing
- Previous experience as a Gateman / Banksman on construction sites
- Valid CSCS card
- Strong understanding of site health & safety procedures
- Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
- Previous experience on residential housing developments preferred
- Controlling and monitoring site access and deliveries
- Directing vehicles and delivery drivers safely around site
- Assisting with traffic management and pedestrian movements
- Communicating with site management and trades
- Maintaining a safe and organised site entrance
Ensuring all site health & safety procedures are followed
