Our Mission at The Dukeries Academy is to transform lives by inspiring excellence and maximising opportunities for all. As a rapidly improving Academy, at the heart of the Ollerton community, we support every student to achieve the qualifications they need to progress confidently to the next stage of learning, training, or employment. This is not all we do. To complement their qualifications, we also develop the skills and character traits, which will allow our students to become positive change makers in their own and other people’s lives.

At the Dukeries Academy, we live our values. We aspire to act with integrity, are ambitious in our purpose and are resilient in our pursuit of excellence. We are a Disability Confident Employer, at ATT we are passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and welcome all applications.

We are looking to appoint an organised and enthusiastic Behaviour Improvement Officer with a commitment for continued professional development.
