* SEND Teaching Assistants (1:1 & Classroom Support)

Key Responsibilities (Role Dependent)

* Supporting pupils with SEND to access learning and achieve targets

* Delivering differentiated lessons (for teaching roles)

* Providing 1:1 or small group interventions

* Implementing EHCP targets, IEPs, and Behaviour Support Plans

* Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation

* Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and external professionals

* Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Ideal Candidate

* Experience working with children or young people with SEND

* Patience, resilience, and adaptability

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Relevant qualifications for teaching or HLTA roles

* Passion for inclusive education
