Science Teacher - SEND

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a SEND School in North Nottinghamshire who is looking for a full time Science teacher to join them on a permanent basis teaching children and young people aged between the ages of 9 and 17.

In this role you will be expected to :

Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that engage and challenge children and young people.
Create a positive learning environment that supports children and young people's educational and personal growth
Contribute to a environment where pupils and staff experience a positive and enriching school life.
The ideal candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience in teaching Science as a specialism
A qualification in SEND education is desirable.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire and motivate children and young people.
