You will be organised, adaptable and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make a difference to young people. This role would suit graduates considering a career in teaching, experienced Cover Supervisors, Teaching Assistants, Learning Mentors or individuals with experience working with young people in an educational or youth setting.
