Day-to-Day
  • Designing and developing mechanical building services systems such as heating, ventilation, cooling, and domestic services.
  • Collaborating with clients, contractors, and suppliers to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Conducting technical assessments and simulations to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Preparing technical documentation and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Supporting project delivery teams and overseeing the commissioning process.
Responsibilities
  • Developing 2D and 3D CAD layouts and visuals.
  • Supporting full mechanical building services design requirements.
  • Conducting building environmental modelling using industry-standard software.
  • Undertaking dynamic thermal simulations and summertime overheating assessments.
