THE ROLE I am looking for a Full-time or two Part-time Support Workers to care for my young Son, who has a complex healthcare condition with epilepsy. He is also blind and cannot communicate verbally. Due to his conditions, he needs sensory stimulation in order to engage. He requires 1:1 support at all times to keep him safe and well cared for, including support with: PEG care, feeds and medication, seizure management, personal care, chest physio, suction and sensory activities.
My son has a caring and loving personality and a very warm smile. There are 15-35 hours per week to cover which will need to be covered flexibly from Mondays to Sundays.
