Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Advisor, based in Newark‑On‑Trent. The role involves delivering high-quality technical and customer support services, including resolving technical issues, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction. A successful candidate will handle customer inquiries efficiently, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and contribute to a seamless support experience. Working in shifts, the candidate will play a key role in maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications- Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support skills to provide a positive experience for clients.
- Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

- Ability to work in a shift-based environment and adapt to varying schedules.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service roles is an advantage.
