St Philip's Care is seeking a proactive Maintenance Operative to support the day-to-day upkeep of the residential care home. You will ensure the building and grounds are safe, well-maintained and presented, while supervising external contractors and monitoring energy usage.
Reporting to the Care Centre Manager, you will contribute to a high standard of care through reliable maintenance, safety record-keeping and timely responses to emergencies.
