About the Company

This is a critical UK production site for a global food brand. Unlike typical fast-paced factories, the emphasis here is on precision, reliability, and engineering excellence.

What We're Looking For

Recognised apprenticeship or equivalent (BTEC/NVQ ideal)

At least 3 years' experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG

Strong hands-on skills in both electrical and mechanical maintenance

Proactive, solution-focused approach with attention to detail

The Role

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance with a focus on reliability

Work on conveyors, robotics, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems

Troubleshoot efficiently to keep operations running smoothly

Collaborate across operations, production, and other functions

Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and performance
