Stock Controller

Reports to:

Head of Operations

• Manage the receipt, storage, accuracy and issue of materials to keep production running smoothly, with full traceability and minimal delays.

• Receive and check deliveries against orders; inspect for damage or shortages
• Log all materials accurately into the ERP system
• Store items correctly, clearly labelled and easily traceable
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overstock
• Complete regular stock counts and investigate any discrepancies
• Pick and issue materials to match production schedules
• Work closely with production and planning teams
• Maintain a safe, tidy and organised stores area
• Follow health and safety rules and support audits

• Previous experience in stock control, warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel and ERP/stock systems
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Able to prioritise work and communicate well across teams
• Forklift licence is desirable but not essential
