Newark-on-Trent site is seeking a Safety, Health and Environmental Manager to lead the safety culture and performance for a manufacturing site of around 100 staff. You will report to the Plant Manager and sit on the senior leadership team, setting direction and driving a step-change in safety behaviours.
The role involves partnering with the Head of HSE to ensure consistent standards, continuous improvement and a strong safety culture across all departments.
