£14.75 per hour, Permanent, Monday to Friday Day Shifts

We’re recruiting on behalf of a well‑established production business in Bilsthorpe, and we’re looking for a confident, hands‑on Production Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys leading a team, keeping production running smoothly and getting stuck in in a fast‑paced environment.

As Production Supervisor, you'll be responsible for helping to keep the production operation running efficiently while supporting, motivating and leading your team. You'll be a key part of the day‑to‑day operation, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, food hygiene and health & safety.

• Supervising and supporting production staff on a daily basis.
• Allocating tasks and managing workloads across the team.
• Ensuring production targets and deadlines are achieved.
• Maintaining high standards of quality and food hygiene.
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed.
• Monitoring staff performance and providing support where required.
• Communicating effectively with management and other departments.
• Helping to resolve day‑to‑day production issues.
• Keeping the production area clean, organised and efficient.
• Supporting the smooth running of the operation during busy periods.
• Leading by example and creating a positive team environment.

We're looking for someone who is confident, organised and enjoys getting the best out of people.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in a Supervisor role.
• Experience with in food production, manufacturing, warehouse or a similar fast‑paced environment.
• Confidence managing and motivating a team.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• The ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
• A proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Good communication and people skills.
• A strong understanding of workplace health & safety.
• Flexibility and a willingness to get involved when required.
