Overview
Casual part‑time Bank Registered Nurse role at a Barchester care home. Provide flexible working while addressing the physical, psychological and social needs of residents.
Responsibilities- Create a safe and supportive environment for residents with a range of physical and mental needs.
- Apply professional judgment to make critical clinical decisions.
- Develop tailored care plans and risk assessments.
- Provide medicines safely and deliver high‑quality care across all duties.
Current NMC registration with knowledge of up‑to‑date clinical practices. Experience in producing well‑developed care plans and detailed risk assessments. Understanding of regulatory frameworks such as DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Dedicated, compassionate and person‑centred approach.
