Quality Manager

Saint-Gobain Formula are looking for a Quality Manager for our manufacturing site in Newark, to ensure that our manufacturing processes and products meet industry standards, customer requirements and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in driving continuous improvement, reducing defects, and fostering a culture of quality excellence within our organisation. You’ll be an inspirational leader, as you’ll take ownership of the QC function and develop your team to be the best they can be.

This is a full-time site based role, working Monday-Friday. In return for your experience and passion for all things quality, we’re paying a generous salary plus pension, bonus and lots of other benefits too including healthcare options.

• Experience in working as a Quality Manager within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in leading audits
• Experience in ISO
  9001 Quality Management
• Previous experience in HACCP
• Industrial product and manufacturing process experience including food and feed

• You will be responsible, first and foremost for the health and safety of staff members
• Responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining quality management systems (for industrial/construction plasters and minerals, animal feed and food) to ensure that manufacturing processes and products meet industry standards
• You’ll be playing a key part in driving continuous improvement, reducing defects, and fostering a culture of quality excellence in the organisation
• Lead the development of the WCM Pillar
• Leading of projects as defined by ‘One Formula’ & site
• Ensuring quality activities are controlled according to company standards (ISO
  9001) Weights and Measures, EN standards, HACCP for food and feed safety
