Job DescriptionResponsibilities
You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:
- Active Patrols: Regularly patrol designated areas to detect and deter suspicious activity. Your vigilance will ensure a safe and secure environment for everyone.
- Thorough Searches: Conduct detailed searches, following company policies and procedures. Your meticulous attention to detail will help keep restricted areas safe.
- Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork related to security incidents and observations.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors and external authorities to report incidents and coordinate responses.
- Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone who values teamwork, shows initiative, and wants to grow. Ideally you’ll have:
- A valid SIA licence.
- Driving licence or good transport links.
- Gate house experience.
- Physically fit for patrolling the site.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, and weekends.
- The right to work in the UK, with a 5‑year checkable history.
- Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken.
