Financial Analyst

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to join our team.
• This role is critical in driving operational efficiency and business insights through report automation, monthly business review (M ) preparation, and forecasting support.
• You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, FP&A, and Retail to deliver data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making.

• Automate recurring reports and dashboards to streamline business performance tracking and reduce manual effort.
• Compile and deliver Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) with a focus on actionable insights, trends, and performance drivers.
• Support forecasting processes by analyzing historical data, identifying trends, and partnering with stakeholders to refine assumptions.
• Maintain and enhance reporting tools using Excel and Anaplan.
• Partner with Commercial Operations and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment across systems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development of scalable reporting solutions.
• Support ad hoc analysis and executive reporting needs.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required.
• An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
• 2-4 years financial and/or accounting experience required.
