We are seeking primary industry professionals to teach undergraduate and graduate students. Faculty will develop course syllabi, facilitate learning, and participate in ongoing faculty development. Course delivery includes face‑to‑face interaction blended with online discussions and assignments. All instructors will receive comprehensive training to ensure high‑quality instruction. Work hours and assignments vary based on university needs.

• Develop and provide students with an approved syllabus that follows the local campus template and course objectives.
• Organize, prepare, and regularly update all course materials.
• Use appropriate (sites, e‑mail, online discussions) to make course content accessible.
• Model effective oral and written communication to engage students and improve learning.
• Set clear course expectations by publishing objectives, assignments, exams dates, and evaluation weighting.
• Ensure exam content corresponds to course objectives.
• Demonstrate consistency and fairness in grading and provide timely feedback.
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Doctoral degree required, with at least 18 graduate hours in the subject taught.
• State licensing or accreditation requirements may apply.
• Credentials must be awarded by an accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education or an equivalent international agency.
• Subject matter expertise and outstanding communication skills are essential.

Pay is based on level, credit hours taught per 8‑week session, and location. In most states, pay ranges from $1,500 to $2,700 per 8‑week session. In AZ, CA, IN, and PA, pay is $22.00 or $23.50 per hour.
