Base pay range

$22.00/hr - $25.00/hr

We are looking for a full time Sales Support

• This position is located onsite and is not a remote or hybrid position.

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Ongoing administrative support to the outside sales staff
• Verify the accuracy of sales orders prior to delivery
• Monitor open orders and follow up to ensure order information is accurate and timely
• Maintain price lists
• Data entry
• Phone customers when “special orders” become available
• Phone customers to ensure notification of material delivery and job start times
• Other projects and tasks as assigned

Experience

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Knowledge of basic office procedures
• Able to work under direct supervision with prescribed procedures
• Maintain focus with routine and repetitive tasks
• Building Materials experience a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred to support communication with our Spanish-speaking customers.
