DEXPERIENCE Solution Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions using Dassault Systèmes’ 3

DEXPERIENCE platform. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into scalable, integrated digital solutions that drive innovation and efficiency.

• Lead architecture design and solution planning using 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE, CATIA, DELMIA, ENOVIA, and EXALEAD.
• Capture and analyze customer business processes across industries such as aerospace, automotive, marine, and high-tech.
• Define architecture vision and roadmap aligned with Dassault Systèmes’ Value Engagement methodology.
• Customize and configure 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE platform modules.
• Ensure continuity between pre-sales value propositions and post-sales implementation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project feasibility, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Support upgrades, migrations, and integrations with third‑party systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to consultants and developers.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in PLM implementation, with 5+ years in 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE architecture roles.
• Deep expertise in Dassault Systèmes technologies and platform customization.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, process mapping, and system integration.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.

• Experience in Marine & Offshore, Aerospace, or Automotive sectors.
• Familiarity with 3
  
  DEXPERIENCE upgrade and environment setup.
• Knowledge of integration with ERP, MES, or other enterprise systems.
