• Ability to develop, maintain, and administer Windows Server 2008 systems, including systems in a VMware environment.
• Ability to administer Exchange Server(s).
• SharePoint Installation and Site Collection Administration.
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks that often have competing agendas and timelines.
• Organized and professional demeanor.
• Being able to follow supervisor’s instructions.

• Hands on management and troubleshooting of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, Group Policy, Exchange 2010, SharePoint & Windows Server management and support including upgrades and installations.
• Hands on experience managing or troubleshooting network equipment, maintaining and monitoring local and wide area networks including firewalls, routers, switches, SAN configuration, and VPN services.
• Maintaining documentation of server/desktop hardware and software (licensing and hardware spec audits).
• Set up of workstations, configuration of desktops.
• Managing Symantec Backup Exec.
• Spam filter and virus monitoring support and management.
• Daily support for users, including network issues, carrier services outages and general support.
• Provide technical support for all employees including laptops, desktops.
• Support virtualized environments running on VMware Infrastructure.
• Provide technical support for all employees including laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Support software engineering IT needs including web server, database, source control, and application server installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Support telecom systems including voice mail and switch maintenance.
• Help define and maintain IT policies and procedures.
