3 Key Consulting is hiring a Scientist Associate for a consulting engagement with our client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented researcher to join our high-throughput antibody discovery team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of laboratory experience with a B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent in a Life Sciences related field such as molecular biology, genetics, or immunology.

• Research experience in molecular biology including cloning techniques, sequencing, PCR, Gibson Assembly/Infusion, and DNA isolation (REQUIRED).
• Experience in mammalian cell culture and transfection techniques (HIGHLY PREFERRED).
• Experience with protein and/or antibody assays (ELISAs, flow cytometry) is a plus.

• Support discovery team by maintaining lab stock and organization.
• Perform molecular biology techniques as listed above.
• Assist with mammalian cell culture and transfection if experienced.
• Conduct protein/antibody assays if applicable.
• Problem-solving and quick learning of new technical skills.
• Manage multiple projects, communicate effectively, and build collaborative relationships. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential.
