As a Bakery Associate at 85C, an associate works in the Back of House at our Central Kitchen to produce quality cakes, decorate and prepare for delivery.

(Training will be provided)

Hours - 10 am to 6 pm - Weekend and Holiday availability required.

Positions:

Production - $18.00/ hour

Packaging - $17.50 / hour

Responsibilities and Duties

• Bake and decorate quality 85C baked goods.
• Maintain a clean and healthy work environment.
• Perform daily operations, including but not limited to: separating, making, filling, baking, and receiving inventory.
• Work together with the store management team to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide sufficient bread products and maintain bread quality to meet 85°C standards and complete designated tasks perfectly.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Exhibit a sense of pride in your work.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or higher;
• Fast food or retail experience is preferred;
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask;
• Acceptable verbal English communication skills;
• Excellent work ethic and teamwork concepts;
• Enforce Health Department Regulations and be Serv Safe certified;
• Weekend and holiday availability;
• MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE TO APPLY

This position requires moderate physical activity. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position including moderate lifting (50 pounds), walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting and use of heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc. This position requires nearly continuous standing and walking, repetitive hand motions, and reaching overhead. Employees may be exposed to unusual elements including extreme temperatures of coolers and blast freezers.
