Lead Software Enginee r

Immediate need for a talented Lead Software Enginee r . This is a Long Term Contract opportunity and is in Newark, CA. Please review the job description below and apply ASAP if you are interested.

Required Qualifications

3–4 years of experience building and deploying NestJS applications.
Rewrite and refactor NestJS (Type Script) backend services into Java microservices (e.g., Spring Boot).
10+ years of professional Java experience (Spring Boot preferred).
Strong background in concurrency, multi-threading, and distributed systems.
Proven expertise in designing large-scale microservices (REST, messaging, distributed transactions).
Experience with Mongo

DB change streams and Apache Kafka (topics, schemas, connectors).
Ability to migrate event-driven processes from Node.js to Java.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with AWS and Spring Cloud components (Eureka, Config Server, etc.).
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git Lab, AWS Code Pipeline).
