Overview

We’re looking for an Audit Supervisor/Manager who enjoys providing proactive client service and working with a very supportive team. This opportunity could lead to a partner-track position.
What You’ll Do- Planning, performing, and supervising audit engagements
- Study and evaluate clients’ internal controls
- Assure work is performed in accordance with generally accepted professional and firm standards
- Work closely with business owners and firm leadership
- Mentoring and supervising team members and supporting their professional growth
- Develop strong client relationships
- 5-7+ years of recent public accounting audit experience, with experience in mid-size companies in audit engagement planning, supervising, reviewing, and wrap-up
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- An active CPA license, or actively pursuing it
- Expertise in GAAP and GAAS
- A proactive, relationship-driven approach to client service
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of audit and research software
- Open to adoption of new technologies including AI-enabled tools
