• Complete reconciliation on all accounts payable and receivable, deposits, petty cash, and receipts.
• Greets and assists customers in a pleasant and professional manner, in‑person and over the phone.
• Perform general office duties such as computerized data entry, insurance processing, compliance reports, and filing.
• Other duties to be assigned.

• Professional appearance with excellent customer service skills (required).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (required).
• Enthusiastic attitude with desire to provide excellent customer service (required).
• Computer proficiency with Quick Books or similar accounting software (preferred).
• Must be self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and organized.
• Bi‑lingual in Spanish (plus).
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Valid license required.
