We are looking for a meticulous and proactive professional to join our team in a role focused on enhancing our data processes. This position involves updating and maintaining our custodian system to ensure that our KYC data is complete and accurate, alongside managing a repapering initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Revise the custodian system by identifying and filling in any missing KYC data fields.
- Support the review of client records to determine which forms need to be repapered.
- Clearly and promptly communicate repapering requirements to advisors.
- Monitor and track the progress of repapering activities, escalating any issues that arise.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure an efficient and coordinated process.
- Keep thorough and accurate records and documentation throughout the data management and repapering process.
- Participate in additional ad hoc projects as necessary.
