$22.00/hr - $26.00/hr

ATR International is seeking an Accounting Associate for an important client in Newark, DE.

Job Details: Work with settlements teams, front office traders and sales coverage, clients, counsel, and operations to investigate settlement exceptions.

• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with clients/counter party/team members
• Manage heavy trade portfolio across various lines of business while maintaining a clean aging profile Review LSTA standard documents and other legal documents including trade confirms, assignment agreements, proceeds letters, participation agreements, cash collateral agreements, and multilateral agreements
• Review credit agreements, specifically assignability language
• Prepare reporting to track the status of open items and measure risk
• Prepare and execute trade settlement timely for various loan businesses within currency deadlines
• Review of all settlement documentation in accordance with the LSTA and LMA standard terms and conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• Basic accounting knowledge
• Familiarity with loan-based software (LoanIQ, Clear Par) preferred
• Familiarity with syndicated loans preferred
• Prior knowledge of loan products or trading operations preferred

Location:

Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $26.00
