** Schedule
* ** Weekend Day shift (Flexible Part-Time Hours to Start)
* Saturday to Sunday
* Occasional on-call or weekday evening availability
* Full-time opportunity available after probationary period Responsibilities
* Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians to residential and commercial job sites
* Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide service updates
* Coordinate daily operations with service managers and field technicians
* Monitor technician status and job progress throughout the day
* Enter service orders, job updates, and customer details into dispatching software
* Respond to emergency calls and adjust scheduling as needed
* Manage incoming leads from advertising vendors
* Submit quotes and invoices in a timely and professional manner
* Track technician hours and job completion reports Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years of dispatching, customer service, or scheduling experience (HVAC/trades preferred)
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Experience using scheduling or CRM platforms (Service Titan is a plus)
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
* Must pass a

** Delaware, Pennsylvania, or Southern New Jersey
*** Reliable transportation to Newark, DE (Hybrid/Onsite)
