Job Responsibilities- Analyze and interpret complex data sets from varied sources, delivering insightful reporting to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and implement automation strategies, leveraging systems architecture knowledge to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with diverse teams across the organization to align efforts and implement business strategies.
- Utilize strategic thinking to evaluate potential scenarios, assess risks, and make informed decisions that impact departmental outcomes.
- Provide coaching and empowerment to team members, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and effectively.
- 7+ years of data analysis experience, demonstrating the ability to uncover patterns and deliver insightful reporting.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing automation strategies within systems architecture.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional collaboration and making risk‑based decisions.
- Strong coaching and delegation skills, with a focus on empowering individuals.
- Understanding of software delivery lifecycle and industry standard methodologies.
- Banking experience in Compliance, Legal, or Audit, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint.
- Project management and presentation skills with self‑reliance and creative problem‑solving abilities.
- Payments and Screening expertise.
- Regulatory List management and maintenance expertise.
- Experience with AML, OFAC, and Compliance advisory.
- Ability to leverage AI tools for data analysis and strategic decision‑making.
- Proficiency in implementing automation solutions for operational improvement.
- Customer service and conflict management skills to resolve stakeholder issues.
