Our client is seeking a Senior Regulatory Specialist to lead regulatory and compliance filings from start to finish for both the New Jersey and Delaware Regulatory teams. This role focuses on high‑level coordination across several departments and functional areas to ensure all filing dates and requirements are satisfied. The successful candidate will manage stakeholder engagement plans, coordinate leadership reviews, and handle discovery responses following the completion of filings.

• Lead regulatory and compliance filings from initiation to completion for regional regulatory teams.
• Coordinate across multiple departments and functional areas to gather necessary materials and satisfy filing requirements.
• Develop and execute project management plans to ensure all filing deadlines are met.
• Prepare communication and stakeholder engagement plans and coordinate necessary leadership reviews.
• Assist with discovery responses post‑filing, requiring continued cross‑departmental coordination.
• Identify and implement process improvements and assist with various ad‑hoc deliverables as needed.
• Communicate any project risks early to management to ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and deliver client presentations and workshops.
• Identify and document project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants.
• Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies and tools.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business fields.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Advanced Project Management skills with a demonstrated ability to keep track of several projects simultaneously.
• Strong Organizational Agility and the ability to work effectively within a complex team structure.
• Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with and reach out to employees across all levels of the organization.
• Strong organizational skills with a commitment to delivering high‑quality work products on a timely basis.

• Experience specifically within regulatory compliance filings.
• Previous experience in a senior‑level consulting or specialist role within a large corporate environment.
