• Leading the analysis of client business processes, goals, and challenges.
• Conducting research and gathering data to support consulting engagements.
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, such as project plans, reports, and presentations.
• Developing and delivering client deliverables, such as recommendations and action plans.
• Leading client meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
• Collaborating with team members to develop and implement solutions that meet client needs.
• Developing and delivering client presentations and workshops.
• Identifying and documenting project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies.
• Managing client relationships and expectations.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior consultants.
• Contributing to the development of consulting methodologies and tools.

A Senior Business Consultant should have strong leadership, analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. They should have a deep understanding of consulting methodologies and tools, as well as experience in managing consulting projects.
