Job SummaryAs a Life Safety Coordinator, you support the Project Manager and ensure projects stay within budget while exceeding client expectations. You provide critical administrative and logistical support to project teams, helping to keep fire alarm projects on schedule and running smoothly.

- Associate or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Previous experience in construction, finance, and/or administrative support a plus
- Self‑starter with excellent interpersonal, problem‑solving, and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Suite products
- Project Management Professional (PMP), USACE CQM‑C, and OSHA 30 certifications preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
