They partner with builders for HVAC, sheet metal, and plumbing installation in residential new construction.

Pay Range

Base pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year.

Overview

Full‑time Design & Template Administrator – responsible for plumbing template management, material accuracy, and design support within the Sobieski Residential New Construction business unit. Candidates with plumbing experience are encouraged; CAD training will be provided. The role enhances project efficiency and field success.

Day in the Life

As part of the pre‑construction team, you will focus primarily on plumbing template management, material accuracy, and design support. Candidates with plumbing experience will expand technical skills including CAD. You will work closely with managers and superintendents to identify and resolve accuracy and quality issues and facilitate changes/improvements.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Plumbing experience (field install or material knowledge) strongly preferred
  • Self‑starter with excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit a plus (training available)
  • Experience with material management systems a plus
Work Schedule

Full‑time, Monday – Friday day shift. Overtime may occur during peak periods.
