• Conduct partnership meetings with defined customers reviewing spends and trends with multiple stakeholders from each organization
• Point person for all aftermarket activity for the customer, both external and internal
• Educate each customer on the full range of offerings and support products offered by Pengate
• Collect feedback from the customer on company performance
• Control internal/external costs through analyzing reports
• Work with internal departments to achieve complete customer satisfaction
• Additional duties as required or assigned

• Bachelor's degree in a business‑related field, or equivalent related experience; verbal and written communication skills, road knowledge of the entire sales process, preferred business‑to‑business sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal to all levels of organization.
• Requires strong problem solving, organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to establish and develop relationships that identify and promote enterprise offerings on a continual basis and engage the subject matter expert where appropriate.
• Analytical ability in conjunction with market research to support sales efforts.
• Must have exceptional customer service, presentation skills and ability to relate to a range of audiences.
