Christiana Care is seeking a BC/BE Non-Invasive Clinical Cardiologist

Join our team at the Center for Heart & Vascular Health at Christiana Care, which includes 25 cardiologists and 16 advanced practice clinicians. We provide comprehensive care for cardiovascular diseases across inpatient (Christiana Hospital, Wilmington Hospital, and Union Hospital) and outpatient settings. Our cardiologists are involved in a wide range of imaging studies and collaborate with primary care partners on population health initiatives.

Position

Highlights:
  • Progressive, innovative care in a busy clinical practice. The Center handles approximately 1,800 chest pain admissions annually, with over 3,000 cardiac catheterizations, 1,400 PCIs, 1,600 EP procedures, and 880 cardiac surgeries. Advanced heart failure services include LVAD management.
  • Opportunities for teaching Cardiology Fellows and house staff, and engagement in clinical research. Affiliated with Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University and partners with the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania for transplant services.
  • Collaborate with a diverse community-based cardiology practice section.

    • BE/BC in cardiology
    • Ability to obtain licensure in Delaware and meet credentialing requirements
