F. Graham Cancer Center & Research Institute (HFGCCRI) invites experienced, board-certified Medical Oncologists to explore exciting leadership opportunities within our nationally recognized cancer program. We are actively recruiting for three distinct but synergistic leadership roles:
- Program Director, Hematology & Oncology Fellowship
- Medical Director, Medical Oncology
Each position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape cancer care in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment supported by one of the most comprehensive cancer institutes in the Mid-Atlantic.
Opportunity Overviews Program Director, Hematology & Oncology FellowshipLead Christiana Care’s ACGME-accredited 3-year fellowship and help shape the next generation of hematologist-oncologists. Responsibilities include curriculum oversight, accreditation compliance, mentorship, and collaboration with translational researchers via the Center for Translational Cancer Research.
Medical Director, Medical OncologyOversee clinical operations and innovation across Christiana Care’s infusion suites. Collaborate with operational and service line leadership to optimize care delivery, standardize treatment protocols, and champion continuous improvement and clinical excellence.
