Soliant Education is seeking a licensed Delaware SLP to support a split elementary caseload (Traditional / Autism) in the Wilmington, DE area. This full‑time, onsite role provides an opportunity to join a collaborative school environment and deliver high‑quality, school‑based speech‑language services.
Position Overview- Schedule:
Full‑Time, 37.5 hrs/week, Monday–Friday - Start/End Date: ASAP June 12, 2026
- Setting:
Onsite only - Caseload:
Elementary split caseload (Traditional / Autism) - Bill Rate: $5,357/hr (potential for more depending on experience)
- Interview Format:
Zoom
- Active Delaware SLP license (required)
- School‑based experience preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and classroom management skills
- Must work onsite
